MANGO FROYO 🥭🍦 You only need 3 ingredients to make this easy homemade froyo. It’s creamy, tangy, sweet and perfect for loading up with your favorite toppings! Bookmark the RECIPE: 2 cups fresh mango (choose the ripest possible mango - the sugar content makes a difference in how creamy the froyo is) 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (regular or nondairy) 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, agave, maple syrup) Optional: a squeeze of lime juice Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Transfer the mixture to ice cube trays. Freeze until solid (~4-6hrs). Remove from freezer and let sit for 10 minutes before blending. Add the ice cubes to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until creamy (it took us ~1 1u002F2-2 minutes). If you are having trouble with blending, add in a dollop or two of yogurt (not frozen) to help it blend. Enjoy right away for a froyo consistency, or transfer to a freezer container and freeze for an ice cream-like consistency. (We recommend enjoying it right away.) A few notes: For the yogurt - you can use plain for a less sweet froyo, or use vanilla or another flavor for a sweeter version. Sweetener - we only use 2 tbsp in our version. We like it just a little sweet (the mango already adds natural sweetness) but if you prefer it sweeter, add an extra 1-2 tbsp.
