Beef stew is one of my husband’s favorite meals - if i made this 3 times in one week, he’d be happy all 3 times. It’s super tender, flavorful, and heats up so well the next day! (I will always serve myself extra beef stew potatoes, ugh, they’re so GOOD!) 2 lbs chuck beef 1 yellow onion, diced 1 tsp ground oregano 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp beef bouillon 2 tbsp worcersterchire sauce 2 tbsp oil (i use avocado) 2 bay leaves 3 small potatoes, peeled and diced handful of baby carrots, cut in half 5-6 cups of water *salt to taste
